The challenge

A WordPress + WooCommerce online store with online payments and nationwide delivery. Sales reps were copying orders into Bitrix24 by hand: contact details, order items, payment status. When an order changed on the website, the CRM had no idea. Errors, delays and forgotten orders were business as usual.

The solution

A background service that continuously monitors WooCommerce orders:

  • New order → a deal is automatically created in Bitrix24 with the customer and order items
  • Order change on the website (status, payment, items) → the deal in the CRM is updated
  • Telegram notification — the team instantly sees the new order and its total
  • The service runs in Docker and restarts itself after any failure

The result

Manual order entry is gone entirely. Sales reps start working with customers right away, and the data in the CRM matches the website.
