About

Hi, I’m Alexander

I design and build systems that take the busywork out of running a business. I’ve gone from 1C operator to Head of IT — so I dig into your processes and finances first, and write code second.

How I got into automation

I started my career in procurement and sales and quickly realized that a company’s efficiency depends on how its processes are built, not on headcount. Then came network administration, running a service center, and leading the IT department of an international trading company. Since 2019, I’ve focused entirely on automation: CRM systems, integrations, and web services for e-commerce, real estate, construction, agribusiness, and logistics.

What sets me apart from a typical contractor

I don’t sell “a website” or “a bot.” I find where your business is losing money or time and propose the simplest solution that fixes it. Sometimes that’s a script built in a couple of days; sometimes it’s a platform with dozens of user roles. And if automation won’t pay off, I’ll tell you before you spend a dime.

What matters to me

Transparency: fixed pricing per phase and weekly demos. Client independence: the code, access, and documentation are yours. Reliability: monitoring, backups, and post-launch support — a system should keep working, not just get handed off.

Guarantees

Why clients sleep easy

01

No surprise price hikes

Each phase’s price is fixed before work begins. New requests get a separate estimate — and only with your approval.

02

You own everything

Source code, server access, and data are your property. No vendor lock-in.

03

Documentation & training

Your team gets user guides, and the system gets documentation any qualified specialist can work with.

04

One point of contact

You talk directly to the person who designs and builds your system. No middlemen, nothing lost in translation.
