Alexander is an expert in IT, automation and project management

Since 2004, I have worked my way up from a 1C operator to the head of the IT department in a large company with international trade and distribution. My experience is a synthesis of management skills, a deep understanding of business and technical expertise.

🚀 How did I come to IT and automation?
Having started my career in procurement and sales management, I realized that business efficiency directly depends on properly structured processes. This experience pushed me towards IT: first network administration, then — management of a service center, where I learned not only how to solve technical problems, but also how to manage a team.

Since 2019, I have been deeply immersed in automation of business processes, implementation of CRM systems and software development for a wide variety of areas: online trading, real estate agencies, warehouse accounting and much more. I can adapt solutions to specific business tasks, making them convenient and effective.
